Caleb Flynn is on trial in Miami County, Ohio, in the death of his wife, Ashley Flynn. He has pleaded not guilty and is presumed innocent. The trial is ongoing and no verdict has been reached. The defense
WHERE IT STANDS (as of Sept. 27, 2026)
The prosecution has not rested. Judge Pratt said jurors will next see another lengthy recorded police interview with Flynn when testimony resumes Monday, Sept. 28. After the state rests, the defense may present its case, followed by closing arguments and jury deliberations. We'll follow up after the verdict.
